Will the event be cancelled due to weather conditions?
The event will only be cancelled in extreme weather conditions that the organisers believe will endanger participants. A cancellation will be broadcast on The Breeze at 7:00am on Sunday 10th May.
What is the refund policy?
All registrations are non-refundable, even if the event is cancelled or you are unable to take part.

Where do I collect my race pack from?
Please collect your race pack and goody bag from New World Supermarket, 2 College Hill, Freemans Bay, Auckland on Saturday 9th May between 10am and 5pm.
When is the closing date for the event?
Earlybird entries close on 9th April.
Online registration at the standard fee is open until 5pm on Friday 8th May.
Postal registrations at the standard fee must be received by Thursday 7th May.
Late registrations will be available on Saturday 9th May at New World Supermarket, 2 College Hill, Freemans Bay and on the day of the event from 7am in One Tree Hill Domain for an extra $5 per person.
How do I know I am entered?
An automated confirmation email will be sent when you enter online.
For postal registrations, a confirmation will be sent by post or by email if an email address is supplied.
What is the billing name on my credit card?

What is included in the race pack?
- Race number, to be pinned to the front of your shirt before the race.
- A fantastic assortment of sponsors' products, samples and giveaways.
- Event drink bottle
Will the races be timed?
All participants will be timed, and medals awarded for the 10 km and 5km runs. All race times will be posted on www.nurture.org.nz after the event.
Are there special entry fees for families?
Two adults and two children (aged 16 or under) at the same address can purchase a Family Pass which offers a 15% saving. Each of the four people on a Family Pass can select a different event to take part in. Click here for more information about entry fees.
Are there special entry fees for other groups?
Six or more Adults entering online and paying with one credit card will get a 10% discount. Large groups can also request a marquee site on the day by emailing laura@nurture.org.nz
Can children of any age take part?
The suggested minimum age is 16 years for the 10km run, and 10 years for the 5km run. Younger entrants may be accepted for these events but must have the consent of their parent or caregiver on the entry form. the 5km and 10km walks are open to all ages. Prams are welcome on the walks, and only the person pushing the pram needs to register.
Will there be childminding facilities available?
Event organisers will not be providing childminding facilities. You will need to ensure your children are looked after by family members or friends while you are taking part in the run or walk.
