Safety

Your safety is of prime importance to us. Cornwall Park has been chosen as the venue for New Idea Run 4 Mums, as the park environment provides a relatively safe, off-road route for runners and walkers.

Please note that all roads throughout the course will be open to traffic. You must run or walk on the footpaths and take all necessary precautions when crossing roads.

Marshals will be positioned along the course to provide assistance, but you are responsible for your own safety and that of any children under the age of 18 years. Please follow the instructions given by the course marshals and event organisers.

Water stations will be provided along the course; water will also be available at the finish line. St Johns Ambulance will be present throughout the event to help ensure the safety of all participants.
